Abstract
With the advance of effective anti-tuberculosis drugs and the natural decline of tuberculosis (TB) in the developed world, the incidence of laryngeal TB has decreased and remains stable. However, compared to the situation in the past, the otolaryngologist may encounter uncommon clinical presentation of laryngeal TB nowadays. We describe one such case presenting with a laryngeal lesion with clinical and radiological features of a neoplastic rather than an infectious process.Entities:
