Abstract
Gastrointestinal complications in burn patients include ileus, constipation, hemorrhage from ulcerations, ischemic bowel, and rarely, perforations. Patients with hypotensive episodes and sepsis are at risk for developing ischemic bowel disease. There have been three reports in the literature of cecal perforation in burn patients. We present an additional case and review of the literature.Entities:
