Abstract
Two women with primary Sjögren syndrome underwent computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging because of bilateral lacrimal gland enlargement. Histopathologic confirmation was obtained in both patients. Of the four lacrimal glands, one had lymphoepithelial disease, two had pseudolymphoma and one had mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma, respectively. From the imaging findings, however, it was not possible to differentiate benign lymphoproliferative disorders and malignant lymphoma.Entities:
