Abstract
A 10-year-old black child presented with bloody urine and urine retention due to a bladder tumor. Cystoprostetatectomy led to the diagnosis of embryonal botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma. At gross examination, tumor presented a grape-shaped form. Microscopically, the specimen presented undifferentiated cells in a myxoid stroma and subepithelial cambium. The tumor was desmin and MyoD positive. The child died before chemotherapy could be completed.Entities:
