Abstract
We present a case of acute respiratory failure secondary to bronchial obstruction caused by a rare form of sarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma, in a heart transplant recipient with a history of wheezing for several months. Despite attempts at palliative endoscopic argon coagulation, the patient expired soon after presentation.Entities:
