Abstract
We report the anaesthetic management of an adult with Rubenstein-Taybi syndrome. This rare congenital syndrome is characterized by severe learning difficulties, cardiac abnormalities, gastrooesophageal reflux, and cranio-facial abnormalities with the likelihood of difficult intubation. A ProSeal laryngeal mask airway was used to ventilate the patient for eye surgery.Entities:
