Abstract
It is now well recognized that the natural course of cervical radiculopathy is generally favorable. Comprehensive, aggressive, nonsurgical management often is successful with respect to functional outcomes, pain reduction, and patient satisfaction. Surgery is avoidable for most patients. The focus of this article is a review of the most recent and classic literature related to the nonsurgical management of cervical radiculopathies.Entities:
