Rectal gastric heterotopia in infancy.

Abstract

Heterotopic gastric mucosa is rare in children with most cases presenting in association with Meckel's diverticulum. The authors present a 2-year-old boy with gastric heterotopia of the anorectum, who presented with painless, intermittent rectal bleeding. Copyright 2002, Elsevier Science (USA).
