Abstract
Mazabraud's syndrome is a rare, sporadic disorder characterised by the association of mainly polyostotic fibrous dysplasia and intramuscular myxoma. Fibrous dysplasia is mostly diagnosed at a younger age, while myxomas only occur during adulthood. We report a case of a 42-year-old female with Mazabraud's syndrome where a polyostotic fibrous dysplasia was already diagnosed and at presentation two newly formed intramuscular myxomas were found in the gluteal muscle.Entities:
