Abstract
Over the past three decades our management of patients with aortic graft infection has evolved in terms of the optimal revascularization technique, the optimal reconstruction conduit and the optimal operative approach. As a result we have achieved a reduction in mortality, limb loss, disruption of aortic closure, reinfection of the new conduits and late revascularization failure. This manuscript describes this evolution and reports our results.Entities:
