Abstract
Morgagni hernia, which is both infrequent and generally asymptomatic, is often diagnosed when complications occur. Herein we present two elderly patients with Morgagni hernia, which were complicated with bowel perforation and upper gastro-intestinal bleeding. The recognition and management of these cases are discussed.Entities:
