Abstract
Naïve T cell activation requires the interactions of antigen receptors, adhesion molecules and co-stimulatory molecules. Antigen receptors and adhesion molecules are involved in spatio-temporal movement to form a stable immunological synapse. This stable junction interrupts T cell migration, and provides a platform for temporally regulated co-stimulatory receptor signaling spanning a period of days.Mesh:
