Abstract
This report discusses the case of a 35-year-old woman who was diagnosed with acute abdomen. The laparatomy revealed gangrene of Meckel's diverticulum secondary to its axial torsion. Resection of the diverticulum and primary end-to-end anastomosis were performed. There were no problems during the postoperative period.Entities:
