Combined use of immunocytochemical and autoradiographic techniques for studying the renewal of gastrin cells.

Abstract

The combined use of immunocytochemical labelling of gastrin cells and of autoradiographic labelling after a single injection of tritiated thymidine, showed that these endocrine cells are renewed in the antrum of adult mice.
