Abstract
A case of central anticholinergic syndrome after an overdose of orphenadrine citrate (Norflex), treated with tetrahydroaminacrine (THA, Tacrine) is presented. A possible mechanism for the syndrome is discussed in relation to other psychotic states, and the use of anticholinesterase agents in the treatment of toxic psychoses reviewed.Entities:
