Abstract
IMPLICATIONS: We describe an unusual case of acute ST segment increase secondary to warm saline thoracic cavity irrigation during thoracotomy. Temperature-mediated alteration of myocyte repolarization should be considered in addition to myocardial ischemia when ST segment changes occur.Entities:
