Abstract
Hypocretin-1 levels were increased in evening CSF samples from subjects with restless legs syndrome, indicating altered hypocretin transmission in this sleep disorder. Increases in CSF hypocretin-1 levels were most striking in patients with early-onset restless legs syndrome.Entities:
