Toxic leucoencephalopathy after heroin inhalation.

Abstract

The neurological symptoms after inhalation of contaminated heroin vapour could be the result of toxic leucoencephalopathy. We describe a case of a 53-year-old man who has typical symptoms and MR features of toxic leucoencephalopathy.
