Abstract
Involvement of the lower cranial nerves as false localizing signs of intracranial tumour is very rare. A laterally placed posterior fossa meningioma gave rise to contralateral cerebellar ataxia and palsies of the fifth, ninth, and tenth cranial nerves.Entities:
