Abstract
Lymphoma usually presents with painless lymphadenopathy. However, it can also present at an extranodal site. Presentation with skeletal muscle infiltration is relatively uncommon and can be confused with a wide variety of both inflammatory as well as neoplastic conditions. We report a patient who presented with progressive swelling of the lower extremity resembling inflammatory necrosis on computed tomography scan, but was later diagnosed as skeletal muscle lymphoma on biopsy.Entities:
