Abstract
The free osteocutaneous fibula flap is the most commonly transferred vascularized bone flap used today. The associated donor site morbidity is well-reported, including vague pain which usually presents late, and is associated with few objective clinical findings. The authors report a case in which the pain had an identifiable cause; they suggest how this can be avoided.Entities:
