Abstract
Primary biliary cirrhosis has rarely been reported to be associated with idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis. We describe the case of a 57-year-old man who was confirmed to have both conditions, reflecting the likely autoimmune aetiopathogenesis common to both disorders.Entities:
