Abstract
This article presents a new surgical technique for reconstruction of the nasal dorsum following excisional rhinoplasty in patients with prominent humps. Reinsertion of the excised hump is not a new concept. Rather, underlay grafting of the resected hump was developed by modification of the Skoog technique, addressing the problem by salvaging the upper cartilaginous vault.Entities:
