Abstract
A Nigerian isolate of Cowdria ruminantium was rapidly frozen with or without 10 per cent dimethyl sulphoxide at -85 degrees C and -196 degrees C. All animals inoculated with the frozen stabilates died of heartwater fever.Entities:
