Abstract
The increasing availability of molecular biological techniques has allowed exercise researchers to examine the molecular mechanisms underlying exercise performance and adaptation. We discuss three molecular approaches that can evaluate the role of individual genes in the exercise response, and could provide a foundation for more effective exercise regimens for humans.Entities:
