[Abdominal situs inversus: report of case].

Abstract

Changes in the normal anatomy of the biliary tract cause intra-operative injuries of the bile duct. Cholecystectomy, in those cases, must be done by an experienced group. In situs inversus Abdominalis we must consider this pathology as an abnormal presentation of the biliary tract.
