Abstract
A 26-year-old woman presented with radiologic signs of avascular necrosis of the trapezium bone. Treatment by bone excision and suspension arthroplasty gave an excellent clinical result. Pathology studies confirmed the diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the trapezium.Entities:
