Abstract
A 7-year-old boy presented with vertebra plana of T11. The presumptive diagnosis suggested by clinical presentation, conventional radiographs, and computed tomographic scans was eosinophilic granuloma. Progressive neurologic symptoms required surgical excision of the lesion and decompression. Histopathologic examination of the surgical specimen confirmed the diagnosis of Ewing sarcoma.Entities:
