Abstract
The case of a girl with Laurence-Moon-Biedl syndrome without polydactyly is described. Additional features were small stature, diabetes insipidus neurohormonalis and a renal disorder. The diabetes insipidus neurohormonalis was successfully treated with a new vasopressin analogue, DDAVP. The importance of renal studies in patients with Laurence-Moon-Biedl syndrome is emphasized.Entities:
