Valentina Scarano1, Maria Teresa Pellecchia, Alessandro Filla, Paolo Barone.

Abstract

A young man presenting with a Tourette syndrome-like disorder that was the main clinical manifestation of Hallervorden-Spatz syndrome is described. It is recommended that, even in the case of slow progression, HSS should be considered in the differential diagnosis of TS-like disorders. Copyright 2002 Movement Disorders Society
