Abstract
Pancreatitis is a rare complication of paediatric systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We describe a child with severe form of SLE who initially developed acute pancreatitis, subsequently complicated by extensive pancreatic pseudocyst. The treatment and outcome are discussed.Entities:
