Lymphomatoid granulomatosis of the lung associated with active tuberculosis.

Abstract

A case of lymphomatoid granulomatosis (L. G.) of the lung is presented. The disease had a short course and caused a massive infiltration of the lung with cardiopulmonary decompensation. In addition to LG patient had tuberculosis. The pathogenetic relationship between LG and tuberculosis is shortly discussed.
