Abstract
The routine management of cutaneous mucormycosis consists of combined surgical and medical therapy. We present a case of successful medical therapy with sequential liposomal amphotericin B and itraconazole for a peri-ostomal cutaneous Rhizopus infection in a 59-year-old woman following treatment for pyoderma gangrenosum in the setting of inflammatory bowel disease.
