Abstract
The Euplotes crassus macronuclear DNA molecule containing the conjugation-specific conN1 gene has been sequenced, along with a cDNA clone. The results indicate that the conN1 gene encodes a protein similar to the transcription elongation factor TFIIS proteins identified in other eukaryotes.Entities:
