Abstract
A 61-year-old man who had 40 months history of recurrent multiple myeloma presented a right testicular mass, which was diagnosed incidentally by scrotal sonography examination. Alpha-feto-protein and beta-human-chorionic-gonadotropin were normal. A right radical orchiectomy was performed. The histological examination showed an intermediate grade plasmacytoma.Entities:
