Abstract
Bladder hernia is present in an important number of cases of inguinal hernias. Massive inguinoscrotal bladder hernias are rarer. The association of massive bladder hernia and bilateral ureterohydronephrosis is not often found. According to our knowledge, there have been only seven cases documented in the last ten years. Therefore, we will present a case of renal failure secondary to inguinoscrotal bladder hernia with bilateral obstructive uropathy. Once we have analyzed a clinical case, we will give the diagnosis and treatment for those hernias.Entities:
