Abstract
Nematocidal activity of an extract of the marine bryozoan Amathia convoluta, collected from Tasmania's east coast, was ascribed to two novel tribrominated alkaloids: convolutamine H (2) and convolutindole A (5), an indole possessing the unusual N-methoxy moiety.
