Abstract

Rhabdomyolysis can strike anyone given the right circumstances. Combining vigorous exercise, drugs, and extreme heat puts one at risk. However, there are many causes for "rhabdo." With early recognition and treatment, a devastating outcome can be prevented. Education is the key!
