Abstract
An unusual case of fractures of the mid- and distal clavicle complicated by a scapular neck fracture and second rib fracture on the ipsilateral side is reported. Unstable shoulder girdle or floating shoulder is an unusual injury. The relevant medical literature and treatment of this disorder are discussed.Entities:
