[Cell cycle and carcinochemotherapy: reality or hope? (author's transl)].

Different cytostatics interrupt the biochemical dynamics of tumor cells at different stages of the generation cycle, according to their mode of action. As a result of an additive or potentiated increase in efficiency, the therapeutic effect of each substrance can be improved by the use of suitable combinations in treating the treatment of carcinoma of the breast, carcinoma of the ovary, seminoma and other progressively swelling tumors. The difficulty in defining and interpreting quantitative parameters of concerous growths prevents the wider use of cytostatics.
