Abstract
Fabry's disease, also called angiokeratoma corporis diffusum universal, is a rare cause of stroke in the young. We report the case of a 39-year-old man who presented with relapsing vertebro-basilar ischemic strokes. Biological tests showed the presence of an aseptic meningitis and a biological inflammatory syndrome, suggesting a particularly progressive illness. The possible mechanisms involved in this exceptional association are discussed.Entities:
