Abstract
We report a patient with a history of frequent migraine attacks who developed postdural puncture headache that persisted for 3 months. His migraine attacks ceased during the period of his postdural puncture headache, but resumed 3 days after disappearance of that headache. This case suggests an interrelationship between the mechanisms of postdural puncture headache and migraine.Entities:
