Abstract
We report a case of a viable cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed at 7 weeks of gestation. The patient was conservatively managed by chemotherapy, intra-amniotic instillation of potassium chloride, and bilateral uterine artery embolization. The gestational sac was not sonographically visible 44 days after the treatment. No surgical treatment was necessary.Entities:
