Abstract
This article is a personal opinion by a GP on one of the latest additions to primary care, the nurse-led walk-in centre. The author argues that they are unnecessary for a host of reasons, not least because they duplicate the work already done by GP practices, but without the personal knowledge of patients, and divert funding from other areas of primary care.Entities:
