Abstract
Dental resorptions as a delayed effect of Thorium X (224Ra) were observed in four patients. The radiographic findings showed distinct and representative patterns. Apparently, the observed changes are typical for delayed alterations related to 224Ra-specific disturbances in the alveolar process. Degenerative and inflammatory reactions may also be involved in the pathogenesis.Entities:
