Abstract
IMPLICATIONS: We describe a patient with frontal hygroma after spinal anesthesia--a rare complication. This condition should be considered in patients after spinal anesthesia with persisting orthostatic headache. Risk factors include ventriculo-peritoneal shunt or brain atrophy caused by old age.Entities:
