Abstract
The Department of Health recommends that people should eat two servings of fish a week, one of which should be oil-rich fish, in order to obtain essential omega-3 fatty acids. Some may be reluctant to do so, but education by nurses on the importance of these fatty acids to people with particular conditions, including heart disease, may encourage their uptake.Entities:
