Abstract
A rare case of late occurrence of retinoblastoma in a 42-year-old man is described. In conformity with similar findings in the literature difficulties in clinical diagnosis and complications typical for late manifestation of this tumour are given. Similarities and differences in histological picture compared with retinoblastoma in childhood are presented. Considering the tumour's late occurrence the histological peculiarities of the place of origin as one of the factors of possible histogenesis is stressed.Entities:
