Abstract
An 11-year-old girl with a malignant intra-abdominal desmoplastic small-round-cell tumor (DSRCT) and a high serum level of the tumor marker CA 125 is reported. A high serum CA 125 level may be a specific marker for DSRCT, and thus may permit early diagnosis and treatment of this fast-growing tumor.Entities:
