Abstract
Exercise induced intraventricular gradients have been reported during exercise stress echocardiogram in a few cases. We describe a clinical case of a 23-year old-male with a positive treadmill exercise test and normal coronary angiogram given an exercise stress echocardiogram who developed a significant intraventricular gradient. We discuss the possible physiopathologic explanation for this event.Entities:
